Personal AI Assistant, Life Organization Platform (Node.js & Vue.js)

About this project

• Built an AI-powered life organization system that automatically extracts tasks and events from natural language inputs, including text chat, voice recordings, and emails, using a structured AI prompt that enforces strict rules around hallucination prevention, date normalization, and task/event separation so nothing is invented or lost.
• Integrated Gmail and Outlook via OAuth with folder-based email triggers and a 5-minute auto-sync cycle, so forwarding or moving an email to a designated folder is enough to have its tasks and events automatically extracted and organized, no manual entry needed.
• Delivered a full-stack dashboard with a real-time AI chat interface (text + voice), FullCalendar event views, filterable/searchable task lists, email inbox management, and an admin panel with user impersonation, all built on Vue 3 + TypeScript + Pinia with strict per-user data isolation enforced at every API layer.
